I recently purchased to use at work with our IP telephony desktop system that does the trick, connected up using my previous Jabra Evolve 65t bluetooth dongle as my PC has bluetooth blocked. It connected up right away and updated software package and features all very nice. In comparing the two, the Jabra Evolve fits shallower in the ear than the Elite Pro 7, and therefore if you leave in while talking, it sounds like your plugging your ears, despite activating the “Hear through function”, it is not bad, but compared to Jabra evolve, it is not my choice of preference. But in terms of hearing the phone, picking up the phone via the earbud, it works fine. And connecting to your smartphone and listening to videos and music is just fine. But I did get the feeling that the evolve earbud maybe had better microphone pickup as I never had any issues with people hearing me, so think it might be slighly harder to hear via the Elite Pro 7, as much as I would like to say. After using for about a month now, overall I am satified, but not sure if i would get the same type again unless it were cheap for work purposes. For personal purposes, think it works nicely, but the Evolve just seemed to be higher geared for high telephony communication purposes.

Hi all, im writing this review after using Jabra 7 pro earbuds over a week now. I bought to use it on my laptop to take Zoom or Teams call because I take such calls 4-5 hours a day. Day 1 i got mixed reviews from the listeners but since then it works terifically well. People on Zoom, Teams or even phone calls can’t figure if it’s earbuds or talking directly from phone. Another iceing on the cake was double system connection like i connect my laptop and phone at the same time with very quick auto connect to both the items . The only downside is the case’s battery file because you only pay attention to the earbuds battery but here you need to make sure the case should be charged at all time. But considering the performance of the earbuds, i can easily ignore this. Top notch Earbuds and great job done by Jabra.

What I liked about it:
1) Sound quality is good
2) Mic quality is good
3) Battery life is decent

Issues that I’m having with it:
1) Dual device connectivity exists but it isn’t as smooth as I would’ve expected. If it’s connected to my phone and iPad and I’m watching something on the iPad and I pause the audio, I’ll have to play something on my phone and stop that so that I can resume watching on my iPad.
2) It randomly connects to my phone even when the case is closed when I’m in range of it (yes, I tried cleaning the connectors and closing the lid tight)
3) I’ve had to reset it multiple times when one ear bud would stop working, which involves setting up the device as new, losing all the settings and equalizer settings.
4) Battery indicator rarely works, I charged it for 3-4 hours and it still says low battery on the case.

I feel for the price point, I should be able to expect a much better experience.

The Danes have done it again, this buds though had a bad reviews in it’s early launch, much of its so called flaws have been fixed with subsequent updates and is now on the top and i may add better than airpods pro(non apple user).

The shining armour is the microphone quality during calls weather in teams or zoom it’s flawless with adequate background noise cancellation.

I have tested the 85t which are more say comfortable as it’s not deep in your ears but it sticks out a lot and gets loose easily so it’s not a good fit for moving around. On top it’s heavier which is not to my liking.
The elite 7 pro is sleek, compact and powerful when combined with your custom EQ via the app(the default is flat out boring).

The only con for me is the case which is a departure from the much loved design with single hand opening and sleek in pockets, don’t get me wrong the new case is also sleek but it’s not so convenient to open one handed but it does have more surface so better getting the wireless charging right.

Overall, this is a good buy at this point for anyone looking for a all eco system device which does it all and is protected with good IP rating.
