Overall very good Headset with decent background noise suppression while on calls over Teams or Zoom. Comes with USB-A Dongle ( Link 380A) which we may use while over Thin Client or when we don’t like to use connected over Bluetooth. I use this while connecting to the Mobile and Office Thin Client at the same time, it works seamlessly. Very good for Office and WFH.

Product is the best for calls and communications. Seamless connectivity with Zoom and Team. But FLIPKART Logistics and supports SUCKS big time. Worst customer service ever. Orders are always delayed and i wish they are no products that are FLIPKART EXCLUSIVE, this is the biggest scam to not buy from other better logistic and customer service supporting ecommerce sites
