I connected to my laptop via bluetooth and used Microsoft Teams for calls. Strangely when I used the mute button given on the headset, people on the other side were still able to hear me. I asked for a replacement and the same thing happened again. Then I tried my cell but then it worked fine. I have still not used the usb dongle to connect to my laptop yet but I am assuming then the mute might work. Will add an update soon.

Funktioniert super, tut zuverlässig was es soll. Das Microphone ist wirklich sehr gut. Umgebungsgeräusche werden überhaupt nicht wahrgenommen. Wir haben im Büro Musik auf mittlerer Lautstärke laufen und es hört keiner. Musik hören geht, macht mit dem Headset jedoch keinen Spaß. Für zuverlässige Telefonie und gelegentlich mal was anhören super geeignet.
So richtig stabil läuft es allerdings nur mit dem beigefügten Bluetooth Dongle. Mit dem im Notebook fest verbauten Bluetooth war ich sehr schlecht zu verstehen. (MacBook und Windows, Bluetooth 5.0) Man muss sich also damit anfreunden, den Dongle dauerhaft am Laptop zu haben.
Wer das aus ästhetischen Gründen nicht möchte oder sogar gar keinen normalen USB Anschluss am Laptop hat, der sollte dann lieber die kabelgebundenen Evolve 40 nehmen. Für Macbook Besitzer würde ich verbindungstechnisch AirPods empfehlen, jedoch sind hier die Umgebungsgeräusche mehr zu hören. (Aber vertretbar ist es hier auf jeden Fall auch)
Wer das Headset also am stationären PC verwenden möchte, dem gebe ich eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Laptop Besitzer aus oben genannten Gründen bedingt.

Anfangs war das Headset echt klasse.
Die Wiedergabe der Sprache ist gut. Der Bass ist praktisch nicht vorhanden. Daher zum Musikhören eher ungeeignet.
Ich mag es, da es sehr leicht ist. Gleichzeitig sitzt es aber nicht sehr fest am Kopf und fällt herunter wenn man sich bückt.
Der Hauptgrund, warum ich es nicht mehr kaufen würde:
seit kurzem vibriert bei tieferen Tönen irgend ein Kunststoffteil. Das nervt total und man versteht z.B. bei einem Meeting die Person garnicht mehr.

Our company purchases this product for our employees. We are 100% remote, so noise cancelation can be critical. I have 4 dogs, and it never fails when I am on a call, UPS or FedEx will come into our court. So, the dogs go crazy. I’ve confirmed with others on the line that they can barely hear them if they hear them at all, trust me the puppies are loud! Long battery…and when I’m on a long conference call, I’m able to travel to other parts of the house and am able to maintain connection to call. The only downside is sometimes I’ll lose connection on a Teams call. To correct this, I unplug the connectors on the side of the base and reconnect. The connection automatically connects again with no issues. I’m thinking this is due to my personal setup and not due to any issues with the actual system. I’ve been using the same item since January of 2020. The item I purchased today, is for a colleague as I’m the Business admin for our company.

Ich wollte etwas mehr ausgeben um für Sprachaufnahmen und zum telefonieren eine gute Qualität zu haben. Das Headset wirkt hochwertig, sieht gut aus und die Lautsprecher haben einen tollen Sound.
Das Mikrofon ist aber sehr schlecht. Es hat nur “Tonbandqualität”, zu mindestens kann man die Abtastrate bei Windows nicht höher stellen. Ich dachte vielleicht an ein Windows- oder Treiber-Problem, aber der Jabra Support bestätigte mir, dass es bei diesem Headset nicht besser geht. Für ein 144,90 Euro Set ist das sehr enttäuschend. Habe 50 Euro Headsets die eine bessere Qualität liefern.
Granate –
Eigentlich dürfte man bei einem solchen Preis und in Anbetracht der vielen doch tendenziell eher positiven Bewertungen ein halbwegs professionelles Gerät erwarten. Tatsächlich ist die Verarbeitung und das Design meines Erachtens sehr gut, aber der wichtigste Punkt, nämlich die Tonqualität ist eine Katastrophe. Mehrfach wurde mir von meinem Gesprächspartner bescheinigt, dass die Tonqualität nasal und metallisch klingt und die dauernden Rückkopplungsgeräusche das Gespräch beeinträchtigen. Tatsächlich ist es so, dass es eigentlich keine Möglichkeit gibt das Mikrofon korrekt zu positionieren. Ist es zu nah am Mund werden durch den Atem nervige Rückkopplungsgeräusche verursacht. Ist das Gerät so weit weg, kann der Gesprächspartner mich nur noch mit Schwierigkeiten verstehen. Daher kann ich nur von dem Kauf dieses Gerätes abraten. Ich benutze jetzt ein Headset, das noch nicht einmal 30 € gekostet hat. Die Verarbeitung und das Aussehen ist nicht so toll wie bei diesem Gerät, aber die Tonqualität ist um ein Vielfaches besser und das ist zumindest für mich deutlich wichtiger.
