Good overall package. Much better wiring cover compared to my last plantronic headset. Noise cancellation not very great..but doable.

Have been using this at work and in the first 30 minutes of using it my ears started paining. The sound too is not that great as well as the audio mic ,no one could hear me clear. I guess my daily use sub Rs 2000 earphones are far better then this usless piece of tech . I have not paid any money for the headphones all the money was incurred by my company yet i feel these were very bad headphones coming from a brand like Jabra.

Being right-handed, I prefer wired headsets where the wire and mic boom can be configured to be on the left side to avoid any interference with my mouse hand while I’m working on the phone. However, this Jabra headset is only available with the wire on the right, which feels like an unnecessary limitation to me. Despite this, I replaced my previous Jabra headset with this one, which works fine otherwise. The only issue with my previous headset was that a very small piece had broken, which ridiculously left it unrepairable. Treat it like a 3 year lease.

It has noise reduction which works quite well. The MS Teams integration is amazing. You lift the boom mike and Teams shows you are muted. You can answer a Teams call directly with the headset button. Very cool!

Very nice quality. The features work great. Although the feedback of red light works in WebEx but not in Teams?

I used this in an office and this does not noose cancel at all terrible for a office setting. very comfortable but not good for an office

It’s too heavy within 20mins to 30 mins mins u will start paining in ears and will keep it aside.
Weight must be less or else it’s not at all useful for anyone spacially those who are doing work from home.
