The headset is great for Video Conferencing and Calling applications, and the drivers are excellent for high quality/lossless music, but for the love of God, DO NOT listen to music while connected wirelessly. Instead, use the included 3.55mm AUX cable. Bluetooth makes these excellent cups sound like dollar store headphones when listening to music because, well… compression. Lossless/Mastered audio sounds amazing, but again, only when played over analog.
Regarding VC, these headsets are the best you could find at this price range. It has a lot of smart features, excellent ANC, a boom mic with booming input, and the busylight, which is extremely useful when WFH.
The missing star is for the way Busylight is implemented. It only identifies calls and doesn’t work with applications such as Google Meet (which is my primary VC tool) or select other apps. Busylight should have a smart detection feature that turns on when in VC mode, and should be an option in the Jabra Direct app.
