Very luxurious look, good sound quality, good battery life, google assistant to active tap on left side it’s cool and it helps me more. active noise cancelling need to improve but it’s worth it for ten thousand.

After using the headset for 6 months, its ear cushions are getting separated from the headset. It’s really a bad quality issue which I was not expecting from JBL brand. When I contacted the JBL support, they denied to provide any kind of service as for them its a physical damage. Its a bad quality, which causes the ear cushions to be separated from the headset.

There is no inner form in the ear cups,,,the headset is very tight and sweat comes very fast on the ears as temperature rises.

Review after using it for atleast 3 weeks –
I did not knew while purchasing that in wired mode it only works as mono headphone and not stereo, which makes wired mode only for calling/attending meets while I was hoping that during wired mode, I’ll do gaming with low latency, kind of bummer and thanks to no return policy of flipkart I am stuck with it. However, after using it, I’m not that sad, it has really fabulous sound with Bluetooth, both for general use and for gaming, a bit low highest volume and noise cancellation is not good. We cannot charge and use headphones in Bluetooth mode in parallel which was also a set back, as my previous 1500/- rs headphone had this feature because many a times when it’s discharged, I like it to charge it using power bank and use it as well. Sound is very good tho.
