I love the fit of these buds. I got these because the Jabra Elite 75t’s wouldn’t stay in my ears. Sounds quality is also great. The touch controls are a bit tricky to use while running but I’ve never tried any other touch control buds so this might just be a me thing. I would prefer a physical button like on the Bose Sound Sport buds. This wasn’t a deal breaker but something to note. The noise cancelling doesn’t seem to work at all. I turn it on and off and notice no difference. I just wanted good sounding buds to wear at the gym so it doesn’t bother me, but if noise cancelling is something you need, these buds are not for you.

As much as I love jbl products I’ve owned over 15 different wireless speakers from the clip to the flip to the charge and the extreme series and this product the reflect mini nc earbuds have me angry. I’ve tried all the instructions and all the internet has to offer on how to fix the issue of my left earbud not staying on or just not connecting when it is on. Name it and I’ve looked it up since I’ve gotten them and nothing has worked I’d like to please have someone help me fix this or send me a new pair bc I’ve wasted 80$ plus protection plan that has no options for my issue.

There are some weired quirks about these, if you want volume control, you have give up a feature on the ear pod or use the app,the sound was great till it got wet and didn’t work right again, lost connection, sent them back i don’t think i will get another pair try some other ones out there
