This comment is not at all related to Amazon serivice. They are doing great. This is more about the product and the company itself. I bought this cooler a year back and in that period of time my motor stopped working twice and I need to replace the motor.
This time when I started using this product as you know the summer has approaced, what I found is the main motor of the fan stopped working. Called customer support they told the executive will come. After waiting for 1 week finally he arrived and he told me to order the part which cost me ₹2500. The sad part is, the part is still yet to come and it’s been 3 weeks now.
Finally I lost all my hope and bought a new 35 L Voltas cooler in the same proce range.
So, bottom line is DONOT buy this product.

It is delivered with in 2 days . But on certain places scratches are there apart from this every thing is good
