Within a year jar is leaking, small jar’s blade broke, knob broke etc… though guarantee is valid and in spite of repeated calls the problem is not solved. I registered complaint many times and every time after a few days i received message saying that the complaint is cancelled. So the guarantee given is false

I went for kenstar after reading about dozens of Mixer Grinders..
And it lived up to the expectations.
It’s sturdy good stainless steel with a good over all finish.. Worth buying it.. Go for it. The Packaging was also excellent and it’s a new product of August 2020..

I have always chosen kenstar from past 20 yrs. This time it was somewhat disappointing as they have compromised on the quality of the plastic. Regulator knob broke within 1 week of using it.
