is durable but the sandwich has a plasticky smell/taste – i ultimately went back to the age old method of using the metal one and grilling directly on the stove

It occupies only small size of bread, that too locking it after the bread stuff is very difficult, you have to press hard to close and lock. If you are thinking to place a normal size or sandwich size bread, don’t buy this. Otherwise it’s good for very small size bread.

The quality very very poor. The return option only replacement of same product. This is nothing but cheating. The option of return should be return and not replacement in case of quality concern. They are compelling to accept poor quality if once ordered.
