Product is awesome, no damage, but no person for demo difficulty for new users. On calling the Kent company they directly refused to come for demo and asked to visit their company and also said if any problem then we should only go to their company. Very rude.

There is wrong website description there it is written country of origin is India but on the cartoon of the product it is clearly mentioned that the product is made in Republic of China so I would strictly say Amazon must take care of this issue I didn’t expect from Amazon to do this kind of mistakes. Product is also not of that level and very expensive nobs are also not very good looks flimsy.

In this item Kent OTG the rotisserie skewer is not ok it is few inches short not long enough it doesn’t fit at all. Please see what can be done about it or change it for me. I would like to complain about it to the production company regarding it.

Heat distribution is dislike. Takes much time to bake, grill even after maintaining temp control. Proper demo, guidance is must to give good result otherwise it is TOY. Request to get it checked. Not satisfied with product.
