Having been a very happy customer of KENT Ro sytem took no time in deciding to go for this product
BUT This is probably a classic case of big brands but extremely poor quality and worst customer service
Even with the moat basic tasks the mixer would heat uo.. Hardly 2 months after purchasing the mixer stopped working. Despite complaints to the customer care and service centre no response. The service centre does not even have people to attend to thia product as they focused on RO sytems

Good prooduct. But Kent grinder is not ok that I use only 15 days after that it has been loose. Or not working properly.

I waited a while to review this one, as you can only really review a mixer after some use. It works very well. BUT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. The motor is VERY powerful but simple to use. Initially I struggled with closing the lid on the jar, but understood that if you use it as directed it works incredibly well. I have not tried the tranparent jar, because I do not need such big quantities. The beauty is, that once the lid is locked, you do not have to anxiously watch it. I finish all my cooking in the time to make butter from dahi. What a RELEF!! HAPPY

It’s replicate of vitamix make blender Germany, I must say price wise it’s wonderful, body seems little weaker but overall good as all we need is blender with high RPM skills, I do own vitamix and ordered just just to compare apple to apple find many things great as they copied it almost 35 to 40% of it and price wise it’s beyond great option as vitamix will cost you arms and legs and this blender cost you 5% price of vitamix!

user friendly + cost effective + worth it + better then any other Indian blenders
