I got this product after review that this is best and was delivered on time in Jan 2022, after 4-5 times use, the machine stopped working. The real experience comes when the machine is having issue.
by March 2022 i lodged the complaint with Kent
since this is a small product we have to take this for service center.
the machine power light comes but does not work, the service centre asked to leave the machine and its almost 2 weeks, neither they update on the machine, nor they say its working
a product with 1 year warranty but with such poor service

I don’t like this product. It is a very bed quility product. Service is very very bed. Totally money west.

This juicer has manufacturing design defect, thats why that Juicer doesn’t successful. Weak quality plastic which cant handle juice pressure. Broke easily.
Design defect is shaft chamber is inclined to the machine unit. So if juice leaks it gonna flow back to machine unit and motor burn from shorr circuit,
Its not advisable to buy such filmsy Juice,
Until you are mentally prepare for service center trauma. Its easily gets short circuit because of design issues juice leak back to machine unit. And kent says they doesn’t provide service to online purchased product.
