The kettle’s LED loght went off within 6 months of use and after a month the kettle stopped working. Got it repaired at their service centre who took 15 days to give it back. Later again it worked for 6-7 months and then again similar issues, except for the difference that this time its still working after the dead LED but now i have started getting burning smell so i stopped using. I think it clearly indicates that there is a leakage point through which the water leaks to the bottom panel and then it starts short circuiting the connections

The product is good. Efficient. Only one draw back. They have provided a 5 amp plug for a device with 2000w consumption. It does make it convenient but invariably the MCB trips because of load. Works well on a 15 amp power point.

Material: the heating tray material is quite cheap. Plastic is not something very difficult to procure and use so please keep your brand name up and use the better material for heating tray. Also on the kettle handle the buttons are very cheap.
Pros: good looking kettle and heats water in few seconds.
Cons: Material is a big flaw is this product. And water gets heat up too much, it’s non drinkable hot. And there’s no way to set how much hot the water you need.

product is good and electric touch points are of good standarda only issue is that the fit of the jar with base is non lockable and it doesn’t have auto cut features so it is a bit risky if you have kids who can unintentionally touch or use it
