Brought 4 years ago, this water purifier breaks down every other month…we have spent much more money in its maintenance…strongly recommend not to by this product

Beside NCR,
Company don’t have own service, company is giving service through private services, which may charge you unreasonable, even company can’t help you for that,
I purchased it before 6 month under 4 yr extended warranty but now when it stop working, serviceman visited to our house nd mentioned that we have to change filtre and for that they demand ” 5600″ rupees. (Om sai service thane).
In doubt I call another private mechanic, he came nd with 2 min our ro is started working, he said there is a air bubble form in mechanisms because of complete drainage.
Which leads me to conclusion that after paying highest amount for good product I am now dealing with thief..
After all of this I have to tell kent customer service that this is wrong nd you must take action against such service man…
I expect more from customer care for such issue…

The high pressure water storage tank goes bust every 18 months, its almost 2k to replace. Plus cost to replace all other filter catridges, pump, etc.

We bought this 4 years ago , 11 malfunctions and service people take you for a ride on parts. Could have bought a new one or two, throwing it to garbage today!
