Kent is making a fool of their customers by saying this is zero water wastage. By reading zero water wastage we think the technology is different. But they have only given some extra pipes and the technician tells us that using these pipes store the waste water. Very disappointing.

Pathetic Kent Service. Had to register with kent for installation. My return period is also over. Service request got cancelled twice for no valid reason. Till date the purifier lies untouched. I guess installation has to be done on my own. Ill never recommend a pathetic Kent to anybody ever.
