There should be locks on Castor wheels. To reach ceiling, I keep the vacuum cleaner on a table, then I concentrate on cleaning and it rolls and falls down from the table

The vacuum cleaner as a product is wonderful. It has good suction and blower. Does the job well. The attachments are really useful n of good quality. I picked this over Eureka, Phillips and Karcher. The body is sturdy. Only issue is with the service. No demo by either Amazon or Kent. Called up multiple time was assigned a demo guy but no one turned up. The Kent app also doesn’t have this product listed. So not sure of after sales service.

The vaccum cleaner is very good. Suction, build, material all good.
Liked the safety feature, incase the vaccum cleaner topples down the dirt cannot interfere with the impeller.
Lately I found out that the HEPA filter is not seen anywhere in the package.
I don’t know after so many months I whether I will get it or not.
People buying this vac please check all the parts when assembling. They tend to not supply the HEPA filter, as I just happened to see another review of missing HEPA filter.
