The product’s wet grinding jar has stopped working after one month of purchase. I tried to place a complaint with KENT service centre in Coimbatore but they did not respond to my calls. The following day KENT initiated a cancellation of the complaint and sent me a message saying the service complaint could not be completed. For 6 thousand this kind of headache is not acceptable at all.

Does not work as per the mark. The masalas remain very thick even after grinding for long. Not good product.
