In one go you can only fill 3ltr I feel. Then the water flow starts slowing down

In less than a month I had to call the service guys for repair as it stopped working. It had a burnt choke which needed replacement. They took more than a week to get the part and replace. Had to rely on water cans from outside which costed me Rs.800

Product is good but size is a bit higher. It should be smaller enough, so that we can utilise the space blow the sink.

Its a nice product full paisa wasool. Water taste and quality is zabardast. No product in the market beat kent under counter Purifier. Must buy.I gave 10/10 and thanks to kent for making this nice product for my home and health.

During the installation itself, there was leakage from the pump and the installation person fixed it temporarily. After a few days, the same problem came up and Kent sent a technician who again fixed it temporarily. The whole warranty period passed like this but this problem was never fixed permanently. Now Kent is asking me to pay for motor replacement as the warranty period has elapsed.

Overall the product is satisfactory. The internal tank started to leak the second day of installation. Looks like quality check of the company of poor.
The tank storage is only 4 litre instead of 6 litres.
