I thought these would be plastic but they appear to be aluminum. Sound quality is nothing to write home to mom about but also, completely acceptable. I sold my HTC deluxe audio strap because the earphones kept popping open off my ears when using my quest for exercise and if there are people considering using earbuds like this vs some sort of Frankenstap system, go with this. Sound quality is better and they stay in your ears.

Sound quality is pretty good. Very clear, though it does sound a bit flat and the bass is a bit strong.
One issue is that the cable is kept its shape from being in the package box, so there’s a curve in the cable that keeps touching my face, which is annoying.
Generally, having earphones really adds to your immersion, and they’re pretty cheap.

The ear buds have great sound quality. We found the wires to be a bit short for functionality.
