Estos audífonos cuentan con un excelente calidad de audio además de ser cómodos de usar por periodos largos, en mi caso unas 6 horas prácticamente continuas. Desafortunadamente, uno se daño al cabo de más de un año de uso. Cabe mencionar que estaban en garantía y el servicio al cliente de la marca optó por reembolsar el monto de estos ya que no se encuentran en Amazon para enviar un nuevo par. Cosa a destacar es la rapidez y amabilidad del servicio al cliente de KLIM.

Estos audífonos cuentan con un excelente calidad de audio además de ser cómodos de usar por periodos largos, en mi caso casi 8 horas prácticamente continuas durante mi jornada laboral. El único inconveniente que les pongo es que no están señalizados los auriculares (izquierdo y derecho), bueno tienen una marca pequeña y casi imperceptible a un lado del auricular y no es fácil estar revisando cada vez que te los pones. Sin embargo, su sonido lo compensa.

Such a bad product, I have to pay ra 1200 again to get the warranty, the thing stoped working after 1 month of use and thers no service centers in India, don’t but this of u r from India, a big disappointment

5 years warranty is a hoax.
