I bought this and it was not as expected. One it was supposed to come with a pen stylus and it was not in the box. The set up directions are useless. I plugged in and it started. I set up device and then it died . It said please plug in and charge. It was plugged in. Both USB c ports feel loose and the charging male port will not sit flush. It never charged. I plugged it in last night and it never changed. So now I need to send a brand new device back with all my personal info on it . You can not talk to a person and the seller has no way to talk to them. Amazon was zero help and now I have to put this trash in a box and send back wasting my time and money. Never again.

I really wanted to like this pad. Bought it to download weaving drafts, and to use with a program when I weave. BUT – everything is so very, very slow!!! The touch screen and keyboard worked appropriately. Yet, tap to advance the draft and wait 10, 15 seconds for the pad to respond. It was like something else was always going on in the background, with boxes appearing with “ads” from Lenovo or spyware. I tried repeatedly to make it better, but the thing is just so frustrating I can’t like it. Even a simple game freezes mid drop. And because I fussed with it so long, trying to get it to work faster, I’m stuck with it. 🙁 I would not recommend this pad!!

Straight out of the box it will not turn on because the battery was dead and it will not take a charge nor will it come on while plugged in. The seller was quick to respond with a return label to send back for repair but it’s been 3 days with no word or estimated time frame. This is for my daughter who just started college so she needs it asap. We had to borrow a computer for her to start classes. I thought that being it’s supposed to be a new computer that we wouldn’t have problems. I will update if and when it’s resolved.

About the size of a tablet, this device is very portable. I have no issue with the limited HDD space, as I knew what I was buying ahead of time. In the era of OneDrive, I barely need local storage. But I was disappointed in the general performance. It’s very, very slow. If I had it to do over again, I’d just buy a Chromebook and use my larger Windows laptop when I absolutely had to have something Windows-based.

It was EXTREMELY SLOW. I tried it for school work, I only had two textbooks downloaded to it and it struggled with that. It would take forever to boot up and when I would try to open my textbooks it would crash a few times before finally opening them up. Maybe good if you want to get your kid a tablet or something. Pretty usually for everything else. I tried it on my schools WIFI my home WIFI and my phones hotspot and had the same issues of slowness every time. Definitely not worth almost 300 dollars. Craziness.
