After using LG refrigerator for 2+ years, wanted share my bad experience with new convertible refrigerators from LG brand.
First, its not durable and if you want refrigerator for 1-2 years then go for it. As convertible system stopped working after 2 years and now service guy asking 3K for replacement with 3 months warranty of new part.
Second, service engineer (assigned by LG) took details from me and later given my number to another guy, who asked me approx 3000 INR without making personal visit to see exact problem.
I would recommend to go for another good reliable brand for long term usage / post purchase services.
