AC is very compact , sound is ok and cooling is excellent. I am vey happy with AC but very disappointed with remote. A company like LG don’t have technology to provide light in remote display. To use remote in night you have to 1st switch on room light and then only you can use remote properly .

It’s been more than week since I’m using this to be honest design & cooling is perfect but this not silent at all and i think it make noise more than others(this is what i feel) and didn’t liked the packaging it was not that safe it should be protected with thermal foam every side.. Overall ac performance is great.

Found it good value for money. Let me summarise the pros and cons\n\nPros\n- Good cooling\n- Is convertible which helps in power consumption to 40, 60, 80%\n- Less noise compared to other window ACs. I have used many window AC and comparatively it makes much less sound. Ofcourse, we cannot compare it to split AC as there compressor (outer unit) can be installed far from the room.\n- Unique design\n- Inverter window AC choices are less and we are getting 2022 model at attractive price.\n\nCons\n- If you already have a cutout for standard size of window AC (26inch * 17 inch), then you will have to fill the gaps with foam or something.
