Cons – Why customer need to raise installation request? Costly, installation guy was forcing to buy extended warranty. Annual maintenance is around 5K so basically LG has planted a money sucking device at your home, they are not satisfied after selling this costly product also no TDS controller available. Avoid, buy something with low maintenance.

If LG thinks this is America, they are wrong. Everything is way to costly. The charges demanded by the service guys is unbelievable. One then might wonder why not buy a new one? Its only selling point is a steel tank and that’s pretty much it!
