Thanks Amazon for your usual Fast Delivery and providing wonderful products online for public. I Just used Lifelong Power Pro LLMG02 for the first time today, it Looks impressive. This Mixer grinder performance seems good having less noise as compared to other mixers grinders that I used till now.
I appreciate Lifelong for designing it in a compact way to save space , portable and finally making available a cost effective product for public use. Especially Easy to carry, easy to Operate & easy to handle are noticeable points of this product.
If your are looking for Portability , comparability and cost effective Mixer Grinder then Lifelong Power Pro LLMG02 Mixer Grinder, 500W, 3 Jars (White/Brown) is a best choice.
I have gone through reviews and noticed that Lifelong is providing a very good customer support and response.
Overall Its a Quality low budget portable Product.
Observations ( 36 Days ) :
1) I have been using from 36 days . after 30 days the Jar cap is broken just because of vibration while grinding.
2) The Blade of chutney Jar is broken on 32nd day while grinding.
I have written to customer care on 1 Sep 2020 and the Case ID given is 67433 and I received a message to download job card ( ID = LR-8051972009011) and the Grinder repair is scheduled on 2 Sep 2020 in time slot 4-7 PM But, no one came to repair and not even intimated me on delay.
– Quality of Jar Caps is Poor
– Quality of Jar Blades is Poor
– warranty Service/ Repair process should be fast & improved
– Customer should be intimated on repair schedule and time
Suggestions :
Following are suggestion to Lifelong company
1) Repair process should be fast and punctual
2) Should improve quality of blades
3) Should improve Quality of Jar caps
