The worst product ever & if you want to return supplier not pick your order. I was chasing near 20days now my product not picked up & my refund is stucked. And It’s not working properly. After 10mins only machine stopped & didnt work… not its happening only to me or with everyone

I was in search of a product for Atta kneading and then I came across this machine which is a multi purpose machine. I have successfully kneaded the Atta, scrapped coconuts, and grinded the dosa batter on this one.
I have always seen my mom struggling to knead the atta and scrape the coconuts but this machine does the job in 10 minutes and the power consumption is also low thus it has been a very value for money product. I would recommend you guys to buy it since it eases a lot of hardwork in the kitchen.
I received the product with the ata kneader attachment in a slight bend state, i had contacted the customer service and instead of replacing the attachment they asked me to replace the entire unit, since due to covid their warehouse was closed and they had problem getting me the replacement but my dad used a hair dryer to heat the part and slowly bend it back into shape so its working fine now. FYI: The customer service was very prompt but I am yet to check how their support would be. I have also purchased the extended warranty for the product which was offered on amazon.
Update: Customer service called me today and they are refunding me the amount i paid for a spare part. Please do not buy this machine cause the after sales is zero.

At a reasonable price the grinder does its work…easy installation.One thing I observed is that only one stone is working hard and other is not sharing much load and is enjoying.
Hope it may not cause wear amd tear to this particular stone. There is also a minor abnormal sound generated after the first use that u can notice in the video.
The final outcome is something consistent though.
