Livpure Customer Care is Horrible and terrible (no words to describe). With no exaggerations – I made 11 calls to the customer care to get the installation request processed. They share mob no of service people which is always switched off.
Thanks to DELTA Service (Dinesh and Puneeth) of BTM layout for finally getting this done.
Product is good and working as expected .

After two Amazon respective sales got this product delivered on 20/10/2019, where this was booked at 4/10/2019. There was a communication gap between seller and Amazon, when ever called to the delivery boy he says will be delivered by night, question is y Amazon give time to deliver in night by 9pm, can’t they deliver by 6, we have to wait for the product. This issue should be seriously consider by Amazon. payment it should be immediately, but delivery will not be done as expected, insted they will send a message that we tried to reach you so will deliver on next day, to whom they called god should know. More over product was delivered without proper packing.
Coming to the product, it is simple to operate and light weight, unlike in other purifiers no need to install the external filter it comes by default in this internally. Before tasting the water, have checked for tds level it is 375, the purifier water tds level is 80. Water also taste good and over all value for money. I asked the installation guy about the maintenance he said it would be roughly 3000 per year. Where as in Kent it was 6000, so i switched to this product.

It works properly.. however the product can be improved by designing that water tap in a way that it should not cross flowing water when we are about to switch off the tap.. floor gets wet always while filling water bottles..
