One star for the shoddy and threatening attitude of the guy(s) who came for installation. I received the product before the promised delivery date, called up customer care and setup an installation appointment. Two guys came for installation and refused to install the purifier at a location where my previous purifier was installed. Reason – wont screw-in the nails, want to hit them in to the wall and there is less space to swing a hammer. The guys next suggestion was to install the purifier above the gas hobs, so that he can get stuff done easy. I felt threatened by the attitude of the guys and asked them to leave after filling in the installation report. I promise Luminous and Livpure that you have lost a customer due to your selection of service network and I will never recommend your products to anyone in friends or family circle. I had to pay another guy to come in and install the purifier. I hope people who are looking for a purifier will read this and realise one basic suggestion from my end – If you buy from Livpure, every six months you will have to face hardships and frustration.
UPDATE: 28/07/2017: After leaving the above feedback on Amazon, Livpure Customer Care team reached out to me twice. Based on their request, I am willing to give them a second chance to give proper service for the product and win my trust. I will edit this feedback again in about 6 months and update the ratings if the service has been worth it.
Update: March 2018: Livepure lived up to their promise and did the regular annual service free of cost. There was no part replacements but the engineer was from Livepure and tested the whole unit and left. The product has been working flawlessly and have not been giving any trouble. Kudos to Livepure CS team who promised and delivered.

Pros:
1. The product’s sleek design is good as everyone mentioning here.
2. Easy to fit and install
3. LivPure’s Service people are polite and good.
Cons:
1. No water storage level visibility, we will come to know only if the storage drained. There is a full storage indicator which doesn’t help much.
Water wastage ratio against the clean water is yet to be explored.

I bought this water purifier 5 months back and gave enough time to write review about it. I started with 5 star ratings and went down to 3. I will put detailed analysis on why you should or should not buy this water purifier.
PROS
1. Excellent build quality.
2. Looks modern and stylish than other purifiers
3. Excellent services. Atleast I can confirm it for Mumbai and Nagpur.
4. Automatic power cut off and on as per water level in tank
5. Easy to remove and reinstall. Very easy and you no need to call service guy if you have screw driver and drill machine
6. Excellent delivery and service by Amazon.
CONS
1. Too much water waste.
This is the huge downside of this product. On an average to filter 7 ltrs water, the back wash (water that goes out from RO membrane) comes around 3 ltrs. But contrary to this, I observed 10 yo 13 ltrs on every single filter cycle. If you hate water wastage and can’t see water flowing out through your wash basin then it may give you sickness.
2. No TDS controller.
I could not get the reason why there is no TDS controller in this purifier. Though they have given the slots to fit external if you want to. But RS 200 device would have make this product more worthy. If your existing water TDS is less than 450 ppm then you need TDS controller because when this water gets filtered it reduces to 15 ppm which is not the healthy water to drink. Controller alloWS you to adjust TDS and keep water at safe TDS.
3. Slow water purification
To filter7 ltrs you would need to wait for 45 mnts to 1 hr. That’s preety high compared to other.
4. Storage capacity
7ltrs is not enough for 5 members family. Especially in summer it is very small quantity. You may need yo store water to fulfill the need.
CONCLUSION
To reduce its water waste you need to install external TDS controller. This will help yo adjust the ppm to safe level and reduces water outflow.
Install external sponj filter as well. This will improve your RO membrane life.
Overall good product with manageable and reducible CONS
