Livpure Plastic Touch Plus Water Purifier (7.5L)

Never ever buy this company product, after 12months I bet it will start giving problems and they demand 4500/- for AMC means 400/- per month if not 10000/- per 3 years.as usual they use chinees in builts or some local(refurbished parts). it just like making money with middle class all other purifier charges not more than 2100/- dont buy this.. even I am going to share same with Sachind who doesnt have idea how they are making money. *** Any purifier will get problems irrespective of manfactureres it is about maintanance*** Last year June I bought this and they took 20 days to install after 5 days of guraranty it shown the real face now they need 4500/- for AMC or 1000/- to stop water leak (350/- visit charge, 350/- labour charge and 200 tap replacement). After one week membrane after one month pump(they only telling to trap you in AMC)..
Buy this if you are ready to pay 4500/- AMC.

I have livepure plus for last 2 years, there are few things i would like to point out
1. There is no doubt the water purified is very pure and has good taste

2. The service is really awful, they dont come for the designated service unless you put a complaint, normally they have 3-4 free services, which they are supposed to come automatically, but they never do, you have to keep following up.

3. they have high annual maintenance contract (which i purchased and was cheated)…in that they promise you free replacement of few filters and 4 free service….again automatically done….but in reality you dont get any..unless you have problem and u put a complaint or next year when there is renewal of amc contract

bottom line is, how so ever good it may purify, if its not serviced properly regularly, it would give foul water eventually….so stick to companies which are dedicated to water purifying and value their customer unlike luminous…i repent not buying eureka forbes or kent or similar company….i would suggest dont go for luminous.
