    Don’t want to write a big review just want to mention the pros and cons, hope this help the new buyers.

    Pros:
    1. No need of external filter.
    2. Water flavor is very good.
    3. Zero water wastage as mentioned, technician said 70:30 ratio but I think I even less.
    4. Simple installation process.
    5. No need to buy anything separately.
    6. Low noise.
    7. Installation is free no need to pay single rupee.
    8. Easy to use and the tap is a open cap model and it is solid.

    Cons:
    1. Though the build quality is good, there is some issue in the quality check. I see almost all buyers have see cracks at the bottom side of the lid corners. I too have the same issue, but this is not a serious problem.
    2. There is a button underneath the lid which will be pressed to be closed, Company had attached some stickers under the lid to get it pressed when lid is closed. This button if not pressed properly will show the customer care icon blinking. In my case the sticker under the lid has been misplaced so the technician have to open the seal and adjust it to make the customer care icon blinking stop.

    While the product itself is good and compact. The cost of replacing the filters is higher than other purifiers like HUL Pureit. While there is no comparable taste difference between the two.
    Service is good, my purifier is installed in a small town and whenever there is a problem the service was not delayed.

    The RO stops working 3 times a week. Then I have to call for service and wait all day for them. They usually spend 1-1.5 hours to fix it but the fix doesn’t last even 2 days. Either replace this piece or take this crap out of my house. It’s causing a lot of frustration. Also they force people to give them 5 star rating online, that’s why the ratings are good here.

    Edit: Livpure team replaced the unit and now it’s working fine. I hope it’s this unit doesn’t cause any issues in future.

    LIVPURE is sending all the defective products through Amazon, which are either old stock, damaged or defective.
    I ordered the LIVPURE Zinger RO from Amazon. When the tech came to install it, he said the product is defective and the led pannel was not fitting properly. The customer service sign in the LED pannel of the RO was continuously blinking in Green. I also searched in Google and youtube about the green light. It says, the customer care green light blinks when there is any defect in the RO and the machine inside is jamed or blocked.
    I contacted Amazon and they replaced the product. But the replacement came after 5 days. My family was without drinking water for 5 days. We purchased drinking water bottles from market to fill the basic requirements.
    Finally after 5 days, got the replacement RO. The tech visited next day to install the 2nd RO. When he unboxed the item, it was damaged. It was broken from side.
    So, the 2nd replacement RO was also damaged. But the tech still fixed it on wall.
    I was very disappointed and contacted Amazon. I requested to cancel the product and refund my money After explaining everything to the rep he kept my call on mute for 15 minutes and then disconnected my call I called again, and the next rep said he can cancel the product but the pick up can be done after 5 days and that is the earliest day showing as per him.
    I waa helpless aa my money waa blocked. Again my family was without water for the next 5 days. The rep said the pick will be done and after receiving the product you will get the refund.
    Meanwhile one of the officials from LIVPURE contacted me and offered to provide another replacement RO. I refused the offer as the previous two LIVPURE RO’s were defective and damaged and I was sure that they will send a defective product for the third time. I said, I do not need any new RO, I only requested to send someone to uninstall the product as the previous tech wall mounted it. The LIVPURE official said, she will send a tech and shared the name and number of the tech. She also assured that she will look into this mater.
    But the tech never came. We called the tech multiple times, but he never picked up the phone. We also contacted the LIVPURE official over the phone, but no help was given by her.
    Finally the pickup delivery partner from Amazon came to collect the item but it was wall mounted. Amazon rep also misguided that the pickup delivery partner will help to remove the product from wall. But the pickup delivery partner refused to help and said this in not under his KRA and it’s not his job.
    Being alone in the house, I removed the huge RO from the wall. And given it to the pickup delivery partner. It was a very difficult for me to manage everything alone. I faced so much trouble because of this RO. Moreover Amazon said that I will get the refund in 7 days. My money his blocked since almost a month now. I cannot geta new RO from market, unless I get the refund back in my bank. If that ammount could have been on bank, I could have get the interest for that. Now I have to wait for another week to get my money only after that I can go for a new RO from market. So, in short, my family will be without drinking water for another week. And to top on that the LIVPURE rep who made false commitment to send a tech messaged and sais, please give 5 stars to the product. This shows, how cheap this company is. They showcase their product with false ratings and try to influence people with discounted price. But in reality they send defective, damaged products which is not even the worth. I will never recommend LIVPURE. I do not want others to suffer in the same way which my family is suffering. Being a Prime Customer, Amazon haa also not helped and the reps misguided about several things. I am not happy with the service provided.

    I had bought a Zinger purifier which unfortunately had certain issues. As the same could not be resolved, upon discussion with the appropriate representatives of the company, they offered an upgraded model as replacement, foc!
    Not only that, they were even willing to reimburse the expenses I had incurred during the period when the previous machine was not working – for water jars for 14 days.
    These gestures make all the difference, and these little things count towards brand and customer loyalty.

    I have had bitter experiences in the past with HUL and Kent, and one thing I’m sure about is that neither of them would have gone the extra mile that the guys at Livpure eventually did.

    The media could not be loaded.

     This filter is not good.i have more than 10 registered complain in their customer care. Always leakage in motor, RO filter is not upto mark . Mineral test in water sometime not coming.

    Takes time to get used to the mineralised flavour. The water discarded is indeed low and it did make me wonder if something is wrong. However, a TDS test confirmed this RO does its job (500 vs 95 filtered).

    I am just slightly concerned about the fairly loud motor noise when the RO is in operation. The sound started a day after installation. Asked the service engineer to come by and check. He did, spent an hour trying to fix it and then said “madam this is normal sound”. So why did he spend an hour trying to fix it if this is normal?
