Ac is good, but first recieve a defective product,outdoor unit is not working, after complaint they replace my product but I want to return the product,they told me to replace it ,if again the problem persist then they return it,so I installed and uninstall the product 2 times , and a lot of time waste on talking to customer care , yes they refund me amount of one time installation and uninstallation after I attach the bill but seriously a lot of time waste on talking to customer care like daily and about hours

After uses of 3 days I can say it’s doing its job perfectly for a humid climate in Kolkata. Installation technician charges too much for the accessories and other necessary equipments without any GST bill. Initially he was adding (999+ 18% gst) and again 18% total sum up to 1391. All the things he provided was too overpriced. I have not realised electricity consumption so far. But for the experience of worse installation service 4 star only
