AC is good with ample amount of cooling.
Indoor unit is a bit small and compact but i don’t see a problem because of that, infact it can be benefit for some people ( as me ).
Finishing and plastic used inside the indoor unit is ok- ok. And the default water outlet pipe is very small ( 1ft ).
Apart from that Ac is very good , it has a lot of features, it turns on immediately and takes 60sec to turn off .
For installation –
Cost is installation is reasonable but the person who came for installation was very rude. He installed the AC but for connecting the wire to starter and plug, he told to call an electrician. I think it should be also included in the installation ( based on my previous ac experience). I did the connection by myself (as i am an engineer) but if you will call an electrician then he will also charge .
But your installation experience can be different because company give contract to people so it can vary from place to place.

Ordering and Delivery:
I placed the order on June 14th and received the AC on June 20th, which was within the expected delivery timeframe. The packaging was secure, and the product arrived in excellent condition.
Installation:
The installation process was smooth and hassle-free. On June 21st, the installation was scheduled as promised. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and completed the installation efficiently. I appreciate the prompt service provided by Amazon.
Additional Pipe:
To ensure proper installation, I decided to purchase an additional 18 ft pipe for the AC. It’s worth mentioning that on Flipkart, the price was listed as ₹600 per meter, but on Amazon, they charged ₹5040 for the 18 ft pipe. It would be helpful if Amazon could provide clearer information regarding the pricing and unit measurement to avoid confusion for customers.
AC Stand:
I also purchased an AC stand, which cost ₹1200. It provided stability and enhanced the overall performance of the AC unit. The stand was sturdy and seemed to be of good quality.
Service Charge:
It is essential to note that there is an additional service charge of ₹999 plus GST for the installation. While this charge was not explicitly mentioned during the purchase, it is customary to expect such charges for professional installation services.
Conclusion:
Despite the additional charges for the extra pipe, AC stand, and installation service, I am satisfied with my AC purchase from Amazon. The delivery was prompt, installation was carried out efficiently, and the AC has been working flawlessly since then. However, I do believe that Amazon should provide more clarity regarding additional charges to avoid any surprises for customers during the purchase process.

Recently bought a lloyid 1.5 tonne ac for my hall.. the cooling was amazing its pretty fast. The indoor unit looked a litte small around 3 feet compared to my old ac which was around 4 feet but it did not make any difference in cooling.. colls the room in about 4 or 5 mins.. if you are looking for a good ac with reasonable budget go ahead.. i am happy .. i bought it because its 100 percent copper and priced properly .. i bought 2 acs for my home town few years back so i am already familier with how it works

However after a month of installation, when I’m writing this review the performance is degrades, It’s not cooling well. I don’t know why but I have to contact the Loyyd service centre to check this out.!

In my humble opinion: Best AC for upto 150 sq ft room in the market at the moment.
Pros:
1. In budget
2. Almost immediate cooling
3. Less noise level
4. Feature rich
5. Good after-sales-service (in my locality*)
(Although less priced but it’s cooling and feature richness really impresses user)
* It is recommended to research thoroughly about service centers in your city/town/locality
Cons:
1. Only one way swing (that is vertical)
2. Not so much aesthetic
3. Less cooling capacity (4650 Watt) than other brand ACs, but obviously you have to pay more for those if want to have same functionalities. (Therefore not recommended for rooms having area more than 150 sq ft)
Rated 4 stars because I received very very minor defect in Flap ( see image), but that’s not a big issue for me
