Next day after installation had error E2(sensor)- the adult present in my apartment at time of installation did not have much knowledge of errors. Because I personally feel E2 error was prevalent at installation but not reported by Havells technicians.
The after service team of Havells at my location is pathetic and time consuming.
No spares (in my case temperature sensors) brought inorder rectify fault.
The repair service was ordered on 01Jul but no one turned up.
Nxt service scheduled on 04Jul, but technician turns up on 03Jul without spares.
I waited for almost a week expecting repairs, but seeing the sad state of Havells after sales service in Goa, returned the product fearing such instances in time of actual need.
Havells product as such is good but need much improvement in after sales service.
