I have ordered three fans of this model together, but I got three fans one each delivered on 3 different days to my apartment.
Unfortunately I didn’t noticed that the cup what is shown in image is entirely different from what I received. It got fitted. After two days, when I ran one fan within 5 mins I seen the crack happened in cup. So I am scared to run the other two fans.
My mistake, I didn’t kept the box of item with me this time like I normally used to keep the product cardboard boxes.
Now for requesting a refund or exchange, I want to have that actual box of the product but I don’t have with me.
I am now trying to find or get atleast the cup for my fan. Don’t know what I will get it.
Those who are buying it, please be careful before fitting. Items may vary. Seller might put different product if you order more than 1 items.
Now I am looking for buying new cup, as I can’t request for return or refund without fan box.
