Good product,initially I was sceptical because the reviews were not great,thought of going for it,found the fan to be great..working perfectly.

When I order this FAN(2Nos.), I check regarding installation process. In product details it was clearly mention that “installation provide by brand”. After recive these Fans, I called to customer care amazon as well as luminous. Technician from luminous said installation service in this fan is not give by brand. I complain and email two three times. And finally I return this product. Because i worried for warranty service. If they don’t give service which already written on Web site, then what I exept for warranty.

I brought two fans of same model and this review is after almost an year. The fan just looks good, don’t get carried away by it.
Very very bad Air Delivery. In summer even if you stand under the fan at full speed you won’t feel an air.
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. “PLEASE DONT BUY”.😞😞
Planning to sell my old fans for half price, it would be great if Luminous can take it back or any interested can reply.

The media could not be loaded.
That product is totally worst quality it’s damage by sender and no return policy on line purchased product after 30 days so it come warranty of 24 months it’s false commitment
