It’s an amazing product for hosteller and bechlers. Can cook anything that can be boiled or steamed. Very easy to clean.

It is really frustrating when you pay so much for the item and put your trust in brand and Amazon. The item came in badly damaged condition. My guess it was damaged in shipping since it was packed in an paper envelope.
I couldn’t believe that such item was packed like so carelessly and then you have no return policy.
Thanks to the guy i spoke with in amazon who has understood my concern as customer and lookout for exception to help me return and get refund. Amazon logistics should be really carefull. 1star
Update on Mar 17: ordered another one. This one is fine. Only thing i do not like is that it does not have pourer.. Everything spills because of its round edges which makes it messy. 4 star

Every time when u try to pour the water or coffee , half of the water is spilled as there is no design in the edge that helps to pour the water.. it’s all round… There must be some kind of bend in the edge opposite to the handle placement

Value for our money.very giid product useful for travelling or work palaces or even bachelor’s. Very important thing is it I’ll off by itself if machine gets overheat and take 5 min to on again so the Machine is safe.
