Grinding jar’s lid is of very cheap quality as compared to the quality of blender jar and chutney jar . It looks like lid of this jar is just purchased from local vendor to complete the product. I was about to replace the product, but I already fed up as once replaced this product . And with warranty description conditions are just rubbish,that you need to carry the product to service center by yourself which is disgusting. And even warranty cars not seller stamped with the date of purchase , I purchased it on 21st March ,2018 but stamping is of September 2017 . No service center detail information. Overall not satisfied with initial interaction with product , performance is the thing that comes later on .. w sn finishing is not so good .
Event the grinder blade just get broken , even if we were mashing tomato

In almost 1 year of usage it started causing trouble. The middle jar bottom was broken in short time and had to get it replaced. Also the colour of bottom plastic of jars sticks to the mixture and then it becomes difficult to remove jar. Jars started leaking too soon. Seems like product wasn’t original.

Bought this mixer few months ago while going abroad, after reaching here when I started using this, I have no legs to stand on.
Here problems are:
1. Too much noisy, too much disturbance.
2. Will not grind anything, even this will not grind fruits. Such a shame.
3. Jars made with very cheap quality material. Jars covers will not fit to jar, liquid will comeout.
4. Jars blades are not sharp, also jar will only grind the top bits, where bottom bits will remains as solid/hard.
5. Takes lot of time, even after that will not get what we expect from the mixer.
6. In short its a bad, poorly made mixer. Will not do basic functionalities of a basic mixer, I bought by believing Maharaja brand, but now I realised not to buy any product from this brand again.
I will suggest, Not to buy this mixer. There is no point buying cheaper or even for free it doesnt perform basic, so forget about the price.
My advice is please avoid.

This mixer is a disaster. It doesn’t grind properly. My old Preethi ChefPro grinds smoothly in few seconds to minutes. Dissatisfied with this product. Will return the product
