Pump had stopped working. The cooler is in warranty period. I tried calling there customer support number but none of them are working. They’ve worst customer support.
Genuine buyer –
Worst cooler, purchased 2 years back, in one season only motor was burnt and replaced from local market as motor replacement cost was quoted high by McCoy.
Apart from that all internal metal parts got rusted, design is not good in terms of internal air circulation.

Purchased 2 cooler in Apr 2017, one cooler motor burn due to high voltage issue in waranty period, company replace it.
service is not good, service engineer take 4 days to replace the motor
