The product is okay but there is a big issue with the volume. Even if you make the volume of the TV full, you are not able to listen to anything. Worst volume setting ever seen.

Very disappointed with the volume after update. It’s very low not even to hear clearly. But mi customer care executive did the troubleshooting well. After the volume issue has been resolved. Now it’s working fine

The best smart device under 5k. No lag, better video quality than fire stick, whole android experience. Wifi works pretty well. Moreover the remote functions flowlessly. It was a big pain with latest fire stick. The only con being the lack of additional memory. If it was atleast 16 gb would have been better.but it is hardly a problem if you aren’t panning to play games on it. Overall the best stick under this range!

Product colour reproduction is good and Dolby Vision, but doesn’t have a 3.5 jack and USB port like mi box.
