Funciona muy bien para escuchar musica, aunque en video llamada se escucha ruido…

I’ve been using these earbuds for the past 6 months. As far as comfort goes these are my favorite earbuds. I wear them all day long for work and some days I forget they are in my ears. The sound quality is great once you get the surface app installed and adjust the equalizer. If you use the out of the box settings sounds isn’t great but once the levels are changed, especially on the low, mid low and mid levels then sound quality is significantly better. The biggest disappointment is the battery life. The right ear charge goes down significantly faster than the left. I have contacted Microsoft support and they sent me replacement earbuds and the right earbud still does the same thing. I have to make sure the changing case is charged and charge the earbuds on my lunch break. Even with the battery life deficiency I still really like these earbuds.

I loved this earbuds but returned it.
Whenever I play something on my phone or laptop, heard mixture of sound and noise.
Constant noise was added from start to end of bluetooth play.
But the assistant voice of the earbuds itself was very clear!
I googled and found its noise issue of its early release. Doesn’t MS fixed this problem yet?
Another problems were there. No left part of ear tips of small size, only two right parts.

These earbuds shipped with the left bud not charging properly so I had to request a replacement which took forever to show up, so there was a lemon right outta the box. When I received my replacement device it was riddled with weird firmware issues where it will just sit there and randomly go into an input-error fit and constantly pause and start my music, jingle randomly as if I was trying to hold the touch pads down to use voice dictation, and I have to reset the firmware on them sometimes which is beyond not what I’d expect for a $200.00 product.
I used to own a pair of these exact earbuds when they released for the first time and they were NOT riddled with bugs like they are now… w h a t h a p p e n e d ? !
There is also this weird hissing sound you can hear, it’s sort of a white noise that never goes away and is very distracting.
Microsoft seriously needs to fix this device’s firmware, it’s so jank right now it’s hilarious.
NOTE: I am literally using a max-spec Microsoft Surface Book 3 and a Surface Duo, ALL first-party Microsoft products just like these Surface Earbuds. I’m not bothered so much because I am a spoiled consumer complaining on the internet, this is legit bad customer service for what used to be a decent product. Like, what a JOKE.

For earbuds that don’t seal off your ear canal the sound quality is pretty great. The only thing this is lacking is wireless charging, that would make it perfect for me. They fit comfortably I can wear these for hours without any ear fatigue, I can shake my head and they don’t fall out they fit pretty snug even with the smallest inserts they never fall out. I use them a lot for conference calls and I need to be able to hear my surroundings while I’m working and on a conference call, these allow you to use one in either ear and have the other one in the case and it works fine with no problems. I wish I had known about these sooner. Microsoft does a very poor job of advertising their products.
