My product become waste as no proper service . This is a worst Chinese product . Beware of such water filter.

The pre filter was supposed to come with the water purifier but it was not provided. So, I had to return the product.
Manju –
Started to give problems like Water getting heated (This purifier has in-line UV chamber), indicator giving false indication. Raised multiple tickets, the service tickets gets closed automatically (the support person says they can’t keep a ticket open for more time, my case it was 6 months and then another couple of months). The issue never got resolved.
Surprised that they do not have proper service in a city like Bangalore and they assign some random technicians who are completely unaware of the technicalities in this purifier.
Stay away if you need piece of mind or save hard earned money. Buy some stable product in the market for few years and have good after sales service (if not Kent and Aquagaurd atleast go for for some locally available brands)
Eventually, I had to dump this cheap Chinese crap! . yes! its all chinese inside
