Don’t. But it doesn’t have returned policy only replacement.
If your fone doesn’t support AAC codes then don’t buy it . Totally waste of money.

It’s all good except the fact that the touch on the left bud doesn’t work always. May be I got a defective one, idk. it’s been like this from the moment I took it out of the box. Sometime it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I don’t use touch that often so I’ll let it slide.
Battery is, I’ll not say perfect but acceptable for my use, and I’m someone who has it connected all the time.
Call quality is okay-ish.
The connectivity of the Bluetooth might bother some of you, it takes a little longer to pair with the phone than some of the other buds I’ve used. It also takes a little longer to disconnect when you put it in the case, makes you wonder if anything is wrong with it.
Duel connection is a nice to have feature, working good as of now.
No complaints about the sound quality. I like it.
I thought of returning it the day I received it, but didn’t bother with all the hassle and waiting. The issues were kind of tolerable, and at this price point I didn’t want to go through all the hoops and what not.
To sum it up, it’s a good product apart from the above mentioned issues. But than again, may be only my piece is like that. Even though I don’t always use touch, but the idea of controlling the volume right from the buds was something I was really looking forward to. But as it’s not working as advertised, I’m little bit annoyed. Hence the 3 star.

This is my second product from MIVI, awesome product, the best thing is battery backup and design quality which is so comfortable compare to other buds.

Bass is written only in the box, there is no bass in the headphones. Useless product in terms of base.
