I have purchased this with excitement and hope. There is no problem with the product, but unfortunately and to my dissatisfaction, one of the tongs was broken. I didn’t return it because it was the second time the product has come to me( 1st time I didn’t receive it as the package was already torn and open).
My money is wasted with a good product received in defunct condition (Amazon should look into it)

Don’t buy any product from bajaj. First of all after using once this product stop working. Their customer care service is worse. When i tried calling their customer care number which they have provided in their warranty card they are saying we won’t take complains for this product here, then why you have given this number with this product. After calling and sending so many mails they have collected product and not yet returned. In august i have purchased this product and still it’s not with me. I never expected this. Even one star is big for this.

Good product. Comes with 2 attachments and whisking the batter for cakes is smooth sailing. One improvement with the beater is the speed button. It’s a little hard to switch off or change speed.

Got the blender with a broken blade. The box also seemed damaged. When I replaced this product, only then did I get a good one. Why has Amazon started doing this? It is sending defected pieces and only when I replace it I get a functional one. Amazon please fix this.
