I bought this on 09 Apr 2021. Problem free usage for two full years. Then started facing non heating issue with the lower set of heating rods. Contacted Customer Support of Bajaj and within 4 days the defective rod got replaced at reasonable cost. Very happy with the product as well as the service support. Learnt from the technician that a little bit of more care on our part could have averted this failure.

I am a first time user of an oven so I could be wrong about it but so far I have tried making vanilla cake, margherita pizza (with homemade pizza dough) and tandoori chicken using this OTG. The cake turned out to be perfect. Pizza turned out really good but I could not get the crispy brown base and crust I was looking for. Tandoori chicken turned out quite average. I feel the top heating element, the broiler in this oven is not as good as I expected it to be so it couldn’t give me that browning from the top that I desired. I am guessing it might be because this oven doesn’t have any setting where you could just turn on the top heating element without the convection fan turning on.
I’ll probably have to tweak my recipes to figure out how to get the desired outcome with this oven. I feel this is where a recipe booklet would have really helped. Unfortunately, they didn’t provide any and the instruction manual also has very limited information and also I could not find much helpful videos on Youtube for recipes I wanted to make using this type of oven. So, you’re kind of left on your own to figure out
I am still happy with the purchase especially because it can make a good pizza using homemade dough which is always way better than any pizza you make using store bought pizza base. But I was slightly disappointed because being a first time user of an OTG oven, I went for an expensive one hoping it will be a complete package but found out that it might not be enough. A good recipe book along with this oven would have really helped I believe.
I’ll probably update my review as I use this oven and figure things out. As of now, 3 star is all I can give it

I had bought this product after reading reviews about a lot of different OTGs. I was looking for a price drop and bought it during the Amazon Sale, for about 8,700. Was delivered the next day itself. I am putting up the review to share my experience and a few precautions to avoid disappointment after the purchase.
The product is an OTG , not a microwave oven. You can google the difference, this is for making a perfect dish, not for a quick cooking or reheating.
Upon delivery , I unpacked it and saw if all the components mentioned are there. The product had everything as mentioned. I wanted to be sure that everything worked as expected, so tried to connect it to the power outlet. That’s when i felt that the cord is too too small, max 1 1/2 feet and it was a 16 amp connector. Made a few adjustments on the kitchen counter and connected it. Turned it on with rotisserie,both top and bottom heating and the convection fan function , to make sure that all the rods are working and the fan and the rotisserie are spinning. In a few min ,I felt a little heat on the glass and the inside was well lit with light, could see the rotisserie rod spinning, but could see or hear the convection fan running. I turned off after a few minutes, carefully touch the heating elements to see if all where working , felt all the six rods where hot. Tuned on the convection function with the door open and i could feel the air from vents (so the fan was working and super silent). The outside of the oven gets hot too, be careful and keep it out of reach to children.
It is better to have a oven thermometer as the temperature on the dial is just for setting, to know the actual temp we need an oven thermometer.
I have tried making pizza , it came out awesome.
Some pros and Cons:
Pros:
Looks elegant and good quality built.
Heats up really quick (about 10 – 15 min).
Accessories supplied, gives a good start to the oven experience.
Size is good enough for a large pizza.
The light and the convection fan , makes cooking a lot easier.
Cons:
Quality could have been better (I found that the door needs to be a little adjusted every time i close it)
The power cord is too short.
Overall satisfied, with the product.
Updated : I just got the oven thermometer, verified if it reaches the set temperature. I had set the temperature at 230 and the temperature in the oven was 250 when it turned off the heating elements(heard a click when the temperature reached 250),after about 10 min . The extra 20 degree could have been because I had placed the themometer on the top most slot, anyhow it reached the said temperature. But the heat is not very evenly distributed, as the fan is too slow.

I have used this oven for baking cakes, breads, buns, cookies & pizzas. I have also used it for grilling fish, vegetables (skewers), rotisserie chicken and toasting. Overall the quality of baking/ grilling is outstanding. Completely customizable in terms of selecting the functions and good performance till now. Fan/ convection & rotisserie have separate switches. Keep war function is missing, though mentioned in literature. Temperature range starts from 100 degree celcius and goes up-to 250 degrees, though I would have like it starting from 50 degrees which could have been useful for keeping warm. Looks sturdy and should last a long. Inserting racks & trays are sometimes tricky and could be smoother. Also the wire rack has a center wire running in vertical which takes away the balance while using pans & trays. They should have designed it better. I use another wire to balance the cake pans or else the cakes will also be slightly tilted. Stainless steel finish is good in terms of looks and ease of cleaning. Fit & finish is good and above average. 60L is a good size for baking 2 8″ cakes on the same rack and 2/3 pizzas in one go and will come in handy for a family of 4+. Visibility into the chamber is poor due to mirror finished glass door. Temperature & timer knob could have been marked with more values for precise setting. For temperature the settings are 100. 150, 200, 250 due to which setting temperature in between these ranges quite tricky. Similar is the case with timer. I would have preferred one more baking wire rack and the one which comes has skewer racks on one side. I will definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to buy a decent sized OTG in India.
