I recently purchased this item and unfortunately, the first one I received was faulty. It was missing the reset button on the bottom of the motor unit. However, I ordered for providing a replacement. The second product I received had no faults or missing parts, which was a relief. Overall, my experience with the product has been good.
In terms of the price, I would say it is moderately good for the price range of 2200. However, I wouldn’t necessarily consider it the best value for money as there are other products available in the market that offer a more premium quality, even if they are slightly higher priced in the range of 2.5-3k.
One aspect that could be improved is the plastic quality, as it feels a bit cheap. Nonetheless, considering the price range, it is acceptable.
