It is very good food processor. There is no cons except the noise level.

I am not sure how can I write a review for the product. The reason being, I received an “Iron Box” instead of “Food Processor”. There was no invoice in the package as well. I have placed a return request and I am being asked to cancel the same for “xyz” reasons. This has been a very horrible experience. Why Amazon Why???

Very poor quality product. Does not appear to be original morphy richards product. I have used morphy richards products before and this is very poor quality. Cheap plastic used. The dough making unit got stuck on first use and I had to literally break my hand to open the lock. Very figidty product and not worth it at all
