Jars are especially of poor quality. Started leaking from below with in 2-3 months of use. Need to be replaced every after 2-3 months. Though replaceable with in 2 years Warranty but are not replaceable with extended warranty and thereafter. A huge cost is required to spend for replacement.

Hai I bought this and using from past 2 year in our Indian kitchens we use food processor as a mixer grinder also but if we use this grinding purpose we may get lot of complaints like leakage, frequent repairs and Noise. And the bad version of this machine is no one repaire outside ..we have to wait for company servicing only and it will take minimum 2 weeks ..and spare parts like jars also too costly to buy .. instead of replace jar we can buy new Mixer grinder only ..so for me it’s waste of money for grinding purpose

Some of the reviews mentioned that the quality is poor. But I tried it. Only good quality materials are used… I have been using the Morphy Richards products for years. I have never been dissatisfied at any point while using their products.

Review after first use:
1. Jars are of low grade plastic, should have been better at this price point. Same applies to steel quality.
2. Vibrations – a big let down. Feels as if the machine would break and tear apart.
3. Jutney Jar lid is not as tight as it should have been. Sometimes it tends to leak.
4. Wet griding jar is not functioning as intended. Used for grinding ginger and garlic paste, disappointed to see it does not grind and mix the top layers. After multiple runs, moved to the jutbey jar for better results but with small quantities and spending more time.
5. Centrifugal juicer is a big disappointment. My main reason to for this food processor was for juicing. The waste or pulp of fruits throws away from the juicer filter and into the main juicing jar. I have to filter it again to remove the waste or pulp.
Other functions I have not used so wil update this review after first use.

Hi guys after doing a lot of survey n searching offline I purchased Murphy Richard food processor here in Amazon. I must I’m a very satisfied n happy to purchase this product. This is the best product in its segment with quality.
Is been more than 4 months that I have been using this n it works exactly as promised by the manufacturers.
I have tried grinding, Belding, juicier, kendling, shredding. Slicing n finger chips is highlight (i love it). Everyone done with much precision n clean.
I will definitely suggest my friends n others to do purchase this.
I only concern is availability of spare part. I don’t know where to get from in case of emergency. Other than that I give full marks to this product.
