I will try to give a fair review for enabling customer to avoid being cheated.\nI purchase Morphy ofr 11 fin on 01/ Jan …they delivered a totally sub standard product…photograph of the product is attached…..I still thought that it might be by mistake….so I returned it with great difficulty….I got that replacement…. but to my horror the the replacement is also damaged piece…now I’m in dilemma what to do either I keep doing this return buisness or just remain satisfied with whatever least damaged product I have received..\none thing is clear that the low price at Flipkart as compared to Amazon is just because of sub standard dealer available at Flipkart selling refurbished item at some discounted amount\nso my advice specifically for the customer is that if you want to purchase this product … either purchase it from shop or some other online fraternity but definitely not Flipkart.

Received a defective product. Worked fine for few days when used at low temperature for few hours. But it makes loud sound once it gets heated and you reduce the temperature. Flipkart doesn’t provide any support.

Not giving 5 stars as they send me a faulty one at first. Got that returned. Good for a decent sized room in the setting 2 with thermostat set to 75%. It heats up the room in about 15 minutes
