The media could not be loaded.
The telfon coating on the sole plate comes out as scratches in very few days of using the iron. Also when called the customer care they say its not involved in their warranty cant help it. Poor product and service.
Amazon Customer –
Three weeks after purchase, the iron stopped working. AMAZON DOES NOT SUPPORT ITS WARRANTY. So, I called Morphy Richards. (Turns out they are a Bajaj outfit.) They promised to send a technician in 2-3 days. Nobody has shown up yet.
